Bundle House / NOMO STUDIO
Briefly

This villa, situated on a trapezoidal plot, combines stunning Mediterranean views with a design that navigates the site's topography. The architects overcame initial challenges due to the oblique orientation by creating open corners and varied volume heights, ensuring privacy and a seamless indoor-outdoor flow. A central courtyard fosters natural light and ventilation, enhancing the living spaces. The design includes sliding windows for unobstructed sea views and promotes a comfortable, eco-friendly environment through strategic air circulation and shading strategies, all while emphasizing aesthetic elegance with exposed concrete elements.
Nestled within an elongated trapezoidal plot, this villa ingeniously navigates the contours to provide unparalleled Mediterranean views while harmonizing with its natural surroundings.
The design involves subdividing the extensive program into nine rectangular volumes of varying heights, artfully stepping down the slope and weaving around majestic trees.
