The towers' balconies and pools create visual effects resembling cascading water, while optimal building orientation showcases views of the iconic Burj Khalifa.
The 'ultra penthouse' suite spanning both towers includes a sky pool protected by a bridge-like structure, a rarity in Dubai's harsh climate.
The lower floors will host luxury amenities, with lush greenery, tranquil water features, private dining spaces, a state-of-the-art gym, and multiple swimming pools.
