AME Studio is an architectural project reflecting a love for understated design while catering to the diverse needs of its owner. The studio accommodates a jacquard loom, gallery, material storage, workspace, private studio, waiting lounge, and boutique, all within a framework promoting versatility. The structure is designed to foster a reflective environment with a monolithic appearance, utilizing concrete, timber, and glass to create a sense of lightness. Strategic planning maximizes natural light and facilitates an intuitive spatial flow, supporting various activities from exhibitions to workshops, embodying the owner’s eclectic creative pursuits.
AME Studio is designed as a flexible architectural space that reflects a love for modesty while fostering creativity, art, and collaborative events.
The space transitions fluidly from east to west, enhancing natural light and creating an intuitive environment that promotes both function and reflection.
A monolithic design with timber and glass fenestration gives the structure a weightless appearance, cleverly integrating craft work and natural surroundings.
The design allows for transformation, accommodating diverse activities from art showcases to workshops, thereby nurturing the owner’s eclectic pursuits.
