all-white cafe by unknown surface studio unfolds like growing wildflower in bangkok
Briefly

Curvy Dining is a unique café in Bangkok designed by Unknown Surface Studio, featuring a sculptural all-white form influenced by wildflowers found on-site. The café's design employs organic radial symmetry and flowing architecture that simulates blooming petals, creating an immersive experience. Inside, smooth surfaces and green pockets create a serene environment, with natural light streaming through a skylight. The material choices, including off-white surfaces and natural woods, further strengthen the connection between the structure and its surrounding landscape, promoting a harmonious co-existence with nature.
The design translates organic radial symmetry into a flowing architectural language, expanding outward from a central point, evoking petals in motion.
Inside, vertical ribs extend from the walls to the ceiling, creating a flowing, undulating canopy with a skylight that fills the space with natural light.
