#10 Apartment / Padiav Parth Architect
Briefly

The Zafar Residential Project focuses on designing middle-class housing in Tehran, emphasizing spatial quality, independent access, reduced parking, and maximizing residential unit space.
Relocating the staircase box allowed a transparent lobby design, independent from the parking area, enhancing the building's identity and access for residents and visitors.
Two types of apartments cater to the middle class of Tehran: one-bedroom and two-bedroom units, designed at 70 and 105 square meters respectively for optimal living conditions.
Using brick as the dominant facade material reflects Iranian cultural values, blending traditional symbols of residence with modern design elements for a unified architectural expression.
