The fun around black swan events is that when it really happens, you connect the dots back and say this was bound to happen... Unfortunately, or maybe fortunately for us at scoutbee, this has flipped. You see 80% of surprises and 20% of predictability.
COVID-19 happened, and I think everybody up until then thought supply chain was this thing that just existed somewhere... We live in a time where the last few months have been terrible in terms of climate, forest fires everywhere, lots of floods.
