The Cowboys released Gallup on March 15 to open $9.5 million in salary cap space.
After tearing the anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee late in the 2021 season, Gallup was signed to a five-year, $57.5 million deal in 2022.
In the wild-card loss to the Green Bay Packers in January, Gallup caught six passes for 103 yards.
Selected by the Cowboys in the third round of the 2018 draft, Gallup has 266 receptions for 3,744 yards and 21 touchdowns in his career.
