A lawsuit filed against Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott by a woman accusing him of sexual assault has been moved to Texas' Collin County from Dallas County, according to the plaintiff's attorney, Yoel Zehaie.
Prescott filed a suit seeking monetary relief in excess of $1 million after receiving a letter in January from attorneys Bethel and Yoel Zehaie on behalf of a woman accusing Prescott of sexually assaulting her in February 2017.
In his suit, Prescott committed to donate any such relief to the Joyful Heart Foundation or another 'like-minded organization.'
Prescott's attorney called the accusation a 'completely fabricated story,' stating Prescott 'has never engaged in any nonconsensual, sexual conduct with anyone.'
