The Dallas Cowboys are adding to their stable of running backs, reportedly signing Dalvin Cook to their practice squad, enhancing their options for the upcoming season.
Cook, who previously played for the New York Jets and Baltimore Ravens, has a proven track record with over 6,200 rushing yards and four straight 1,000-yard seasons.
As a practice squad member, Cook could be elevated to the game-day roster up to three times during the season before needing a permanent roster spot.
Originally drafted by the Minnesota Vikings in 2017, Cook is the third-leading rusher in franchise history and hopes to contribute to the Cowboys' success.
