Rael Enteen, formerly vice president of content for the Washington Commanders, was fired after derogatory remarks about players and fans were exposed in an undercover video.
The Commanders organization publicly denounced Enteen's comments, stating that such language runs counter to their values, which significantly influenced the decision to terminate his employment.
In the undercover footage, Enteen described certain players and fans in derogatory terms, saying players were 'dumb as hell' and referred to fans as 'high school-educated alcoholics and mouth breathers.'
Enteen's remarks also criticized NFL leadership, branding Commissioner Roger Goodell a '$50m puppet' and expressing a belief that Cowboys owner Jerry Jones harbors animosity towards marginalized groups.
