Ember Lumen (voice of Leah Lewis) and Wade Ripple (Mamoudou Athie) in "Elemental."(Disney/Pixar)Comment Gift Article StarOutline (2.5 stars) If it's possible for a Pixar movie to be both cute and problematic, "Elemental" might just fit that bill.The story is set in a fictional metropolis called Element City, inhabited by anthropomorphized characters representing three of the four elements as defined by the ancient Greeks: Air people, rendered as floating puffs of clouds with arms, legs and mouths full of wind; Water people, shown as walking, talking, shapeshifting blobs of H2O; and Earth people, here presented as, well, humanoid dirtballs with plants growing out of them.
