Established in 2021, Bitcoin Bay evolved from a small meetup to a notable organization focusing on fostering a Bitcoin-centric economy in the region. They achieved significant recognition by securing the grand prize at the Miami Bitcoin Conference and choosing to share their winnings with fellow Bitcoin meetups. This community-centric approach reflects their ongoing goal to unify and educate Tampa Bay residents about Bitcoin.
Our vision was to make Bitcoin Bay the go-to place for everything Bitcoin in Tampa Bay, connecting people and creating a local economy powered by Bitcoin.
