Growing protests target Tesla showrooms with Mariachi bands, raccoon puppets, and cardboard Cybertrucks
Briefly

In recent weeks, protests have surged at Tesla showrooms, particularly in Berkeley, as public discontent grows over Elon Musk's political affiliations and decisions surrounding DOGE. What began as a solitary protest by local resident Kathy Sprague quickly transformed into a large gathering with over 300 participants. Demonstrators expressed their frustration, emphasizing their lack of support for Musk's actions and pointing out the numerous alternative electric vehicle options available. Policy experts suggest that regardless of the public's efforts, it is improbable that Musk will alter his behavior due to the mounting pressure.

People driving Teslas down the street faced chants of 'sell your car' and, on a few occasions, were intentionally blocked.
