Mark J Savage, an evangelical Christian from Swords, Dublin, claimed he faced discrimination for refusing to wear a mask at a clinic during the Covid-19 pandemic. Despite his claims, his complaint was dismissed.
Savage, who has a history of litigation and had described himself as 'addicted' to it, argued that his refusal to wear a mask was a matter of religious belief and rights.
