In Missouri, NuStory Coffee Expands the Guatemalan Coffee Narrative
Briefly

NūStory Coffee, based in Nixa, Missouri, focuses on high-quality coffees from Guatemala, founded by Graham and Susy Goshinmon. Graham, a former corporate sales and logistics professional, learned coffee production by helping manage a family farm during the COVID-19 pandemic. Their commitment to sourcing unique coffees includes directly purchasing a rare Java variety from Guatemalan producer Mario Rene Friely Paredes. The couple's connection to Guatemala spans decades, reflecting their passion and expertise in the coffee industry, showcased within their local roasting operation in Missouri.
There's not too many that grow Java in Guatemala, and he does. I've got a natural Java coming in from him that I roast and sell by itself.
I learned a lot about the plants, how to take care of them, and then it came up to the harvest. So that's where I cut my teeth a little bit on the producer side.
