Zest Cafe occupies an abandoned rental villa in the seasonal villa neighborhood of Karimabad, Shahsavar. The neighborhood shows a transient resident presence and weak integration with daily urban life. These conditions have left the area devoid of vitality and existing cafes have failed to act as sustainable social hubs. The client's brief required revitalization of the villa and conversion into a public, youth-oriented space. The initiative centers on adaptive reuse and coffee shop interior design led by Vahid Joudi with a design team including Sahar Heydarkhani and Reyhaneh Geravand and technical support from Farimah Rahimi, Khashayar Goudarzi, Farbod Hasani, and Yasmin Shafaati.
