Atmos Coffee Blasts Off in Cleveland with Roastery Cafe
"'We wanted to keep things relatively neutral, using earth tones, wood, live plants, and tile to bring forward colors and textures found in nature,' Atmos Coffee Founder Zach Burkhart said."
"'The interior design is an extension of the brand in some ways,' Burkhart said. 'Atmosphere is one of the most common responses I heard from people when I asked about the things they look for in a good coffee shop.'"
"'I'm mainly looking for green coffee that comes from an ethical and sustainable supply chain, first and foremost,' Burkhart said. 'Bellwether makes this pretty easy by holding similar standards for the farms that they make available in their marketplace.'"
Atmos Coffee's first cafe in Cleveland features house-roasted coffees and modern space-themed art. The 1,700-square-foot shop accommodates 55 guests with various seating options. Founder Zach Burkhart emphasizes a neutral design using earth tones and natural materials to enhance the artwork. The menu includes drip coffee, cold brew, espresso drinks, and pastries. The flagship blend, Red Shift, features Ethiopian and Brazilian coffees roasted on-site, focusing on ethical sourcing through Bellwether's green coffee service.
