The creation of Staria took five years of research, emphasizing the distillery's expertise in crafting liqueurs. We created Staria to put real cocktails within everyone's reach. As distillers, going out for drinks was our favorite part of the job.
Meeting this challenge took five years of research, drawing on the company's long history of creating complex liqueurs, bitters and amari.
