Philadelphia Phillies Acquire Top Prospect From Chicago White Sox
Briefly

After a rare poor home stretch, the Philadelphia Phillies were able to get their first road win of the season when they beat their NL East foe, the Washington Nationals, 4-0 in another frigid weather contest.
The trade with the Chicago White Sox brought in 22-year-old infielder Jose Rodriguez, who now becomes Philadelphia's No. 28 overall prospect, enhancing their depth at the Triple-A level.
If injuries happen to Bryson Stott, Trea Turner, or other infield options on their Major League roster, they now have a player in their pipeline who is ready to make a leap to the next level.
At only 22 years old, there's not a huge rush for them to promote Rodriguez immediately. They can continue to develop him and give him every opportunity to potentially turn into a role player at some point during his career.
