Free agent outfielder Brett Phillips has agreed to a contract with the Chicago White Sox, per Mark Feinsand.
His biggest career highlight comes from Game 4 of the 2020 World Series. He hit a walk-off single in the bottom of the 9th inning to score two runs and give the Rays the victory.
