Lemma left the corporate world to found Ruki's Kitchen in 2021, gained a residency at Qommunity Food Hall in 2022, and received a grant from the Heinz Black Kitchen Initiative in 2023.
Switchman Hall, opening in 2024, will feature Ruki's Kitchen as a permanent tenant, along with 17 other food stalls, adjacent to the Southside Beltline and the final stop on MARTA's new rapid-transit bus line MARTA Rapid.
