A Chicago man has been charged with murder and arson in the 2020 death of a 34-year-old woman who was found inside a burning home, police said Sunday.Victor Terrell, 35, was arrested Friday and charged with first-degree murder, aggravated arson and arson concealing a death, according to Chicago police.
