Richard Globensky pleaded guilty to transporting stolen Masters memorabilia worth millions, including Arnold Palmer's green jacket. The scheme lasted almost a decade, netting him around $5 million from sales.
Globensky was charged with one count of transporting stolen goods, with items taken between 2009 and 2022, ranging from T-shirts and mugs to green jackets and tickets from the 1930s Masters tournaments.
Sentencing for Globensky, facing a maximum of 10 years in prison, is scheduled for late October. With sentencing guidelines, he is likely to get closer to a two-year term.
