Micah Berkley, who boasted about paying followers to violate a restraining order, was arrested in Florida facing multiple outstanding warrants for fraud and harassment.
Despite a restraining order against him, Berkley paid strangers to capture images of his ex-partner and children. He insisted this was within his First Amendment rights.
