A preliminary investigation revealed the vehicle veered off the roadway after the driver disregarded a stop sign and struck a home.
Roberto Rios was charged with DUI, reckless driving, disobeying a stop sign and failure to reduce speed to avoid and accident. He was cited and released from the hospital.
