Snow flurries and gusting winds will reduce visibility and could possibly coat Chicagoland roads Monday morning to start a week marked by "roller-coaster" temperatures, according to the National Weather Service.Winds could gust as high as 35 mph in Chicago Monday with flurries throughout the day and snow showers most likely to occur before noon, the NWS said.
