Chef Giorgio Rapicavoli Tapped to Lead the Kitchen at Mayfair Grill

Starting in early August, Rapicavoli will bring his dishes to the menu. Designed for sharing, the new menu features items such as Avocado "Caprese" with Florida burrata, purple basil, and citrus vinegar; Sebastian Inlet Clams with white beans, chorizo dashi, and grilled bread; and Jalapeño Pesto Green Pasta with stracciatella, Florida basil, and cashew.

Mayfair Grill's launch under Rapicavoli will roll out in phases. Starting in August, the restaurant will serve daily dinner and happy hour. The restaurant will expand in October to include weekend brunch and lunch, culminating in full dining by month's end.
