A single-vehicle crash claimed the lives of a driver and a child passenger in the early hours of Christmas morning, police say.At about 1:15 a.m.Sunday, District Chicago Troopers responded to a crash on the Interstate 94 northbound ramp from 71st Street on Chicago's South Side, according to Illinois State Police.
