Boka's Downtown Pizzeria Will Debut This Week

Boka Restaurant Group is set to open Zarella, a new pizzeria in downtown Chicago's River North. The restaurant will feature both Chicago tavern and artisan thin crust pizzas, with distinct toppings like spicy vodka and Calabrian chili. Chefs Chris Pandel and Lee Wolen have created gluten-free 10-inch pizzas and additional appetizers, including calamari and baked feta. Zarella aims to cater to sports fans with ample TVs, and will be one of the first in Chicago to serve Yunegling on draft.
