Each day for Tim Kosiek, an education prep teacher at Buffalo Grove High School, is a new opportunity to inspire students in Ed Academy, an elective class he teaches as part of the Education Career Pathways program.Once a week, those students work at internships with partnering school districts."They are out in classrooms, teaching," Kosiek said.
