The 82nd Avenue Parade and its related activities highlight and celebrate the diversity of the neighborhood, and it is the first Portland neighborhood street fair celebration of 2024.
Presented by the 82 Roses Community Enrichment Coalition, the event marks an important community gathering and celebration of the local culture and heritage.
The parade kicks off at 9:30 a.m. just north of Eastport Plaza, engaging the community in a vibrant display of unity along 82nd Avenue in Portland.
