A person was pronounced dead, and at least four others hurt Wednesday night during a chain-reaction traffic accident in the Ashburn neighborhood, Chicago police said.Around 9:15 p.m., officers responded to a traffic accident involving four vehicles in the 3600 block of West Columbus Avenue.Chicago Fire Department officials called an EMS Plan One alert at the scene after responding to a call of a high-speed crash on Columbus near 83rd Street.
