Will Kelly move? Your WSL deadline day questions answered
Briefly

As the transfer deadline approaches for Women's Super League teams, questions arise about Chloe Kelly's future. She desires a loan move for more game time to enhance her chances for the England squad in Euro 2025. Despite interest from clubs like Brighton, no recent developments have confirmed a transition. Manchester United's lack of pursuit for her raises further questions about potential fitting. Brighton, while satisfied with their current squad, is exploring options to elevate their team, but no concrete actions have emerged yet regarding Kelly's situation.
My information regarding Chloe Kelly's future is the same as it was a few weeks ago. I believe Kelly is still very keen for a move - most likely a loan - as she wants game time to secure her spot in the England squad at Euro 2025.
I have not personally been told of any interest in Kelly from United. However, I agree - United have plenty of attacking options and I don't see the benefit for either party.
I do agree Robin and sources told me at the start of the month that Brighton were among the clubs who had enquired about Chloe Kelly's situation. However, I don't believe anything transpired from that.
Brighton are still looking to see if they can bring in top players on a good deal. They are happy with their squad generally, so they are looking at players who can take them to the next level.
