Thomas Tuchel is set to add Chelsea goalkeeping coach Hilario to his backroom staff, ending Hilario's 18-year journey with the Blues to support Tuchel's plans as England's new manager.
Chelsea head coach Enzo Maresca is unlikely to seek a replacement for Hilario, as they already have another goalkeeping coach, Michele De Bernardin, and assistant coach Willy Caballero.
The FA is planning to discuss the addition of a BAME coach to Tuchel's staff, in line with ongoing initiatives to boost diversity and representation in football coaching.
Since the launch of the Elite Coaching Placement Programme by the FA, England's men's team has successfully integrated several BAME coaches, although Ashley Cole will move back to the under-21s.
