Manchester United are confident that new head coach Rúben Amorim will secure his work permit before his first match against Ipswich Town on Nov. 24.
A United source described the visa process as 'proceeding positively' and expressed optimism that there would be no issues preventing Amorim's presence on the touchline.
Amorim officially arrived in Manchester on Monday and was greeted by club executives before meeting players at Carrington undergoing rehabilitation.
The new coach will not partake in a formal unveiling but is set to speak with the media ahead of the Ipswich match.
