Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano believes Chelsea's strong performances under new manager Enzo Maresca make them serious title contenders in the Premier League this season.
Romano emphasized, "Chelsea can be title contenders. They will be there to compete...the harmony between Maresca and the squad has created a positive atmosphere at the club."
Discussing Chelsea's impressive start, he said, "the team is very happy with how he's handling things...it's a very positive situation around Chelsea, probably the best moment for the club."
Romano added, "We know in England, in the Premier League, it's never easy. So it's never guaranteed...but I think Chelsea can be there."
