Forest bathing garden wins Chelsea flower show top prize
Briefly

Designed by Ula Maria, the garden at Chelsea Flower Show was inspired by the Japanese practice of shinrin-yoku, aiming to boost the mental health of people with Muscular Dystrophy.
Maria's garden featured accessible paths to allow closer interaction with nature, addressing the lack of wheelchair-friendly woodlands for patients.
The RHS chair of show garden judges praised the tough competition with exemplary designs, highlighting Ula Maria's creation as a 'wonderful slice of forest edge'.
