Phil Foden, Cole Palmer, and Ollie Watkins have withdrawn from the England squad for the upcoming Nations League fixtures due to illness and ongoing rehabilitation issues.
England, now managed by interim boss Lee Carsley, will play their first games since losing to Spain in the Euro 2024 final on July 14.
Gomes, Livramento, Gibbs-White, and Madueke received call-ups, having previously played under Carsley during his tenure with the England Under-21s.
Jack Grealish, previously cut from the Euro 2024 preliminary squad, has been recalled for the Nations League matches against Ireland and Finland.
