It's clear that there needs to be changes in certain areas... Financial Fair Play issues mean Boehly needs to make changes before the 2024/25 campaign.
I'm sure Chelsea will try to make a profit with some players, as it's something needed because of FFP... Chelsea to be busy again in the transfer market.
