Chelsea is interested in recruiting Tosin Adarabioyo and have been informed on the conditions of the deal to sign the centre-back ahead of the summer transfer window.
This would be a smart move for the West London club to make as they look to replace Thiago Silva due to the absence of a transfer fee.
