Chelsea are set to be deducted more than 10 points if they breach Profit and Sustainability Rules next season, according to sources close to Football Insider.
Stefan Borson, a former Man City advisor, believes Chelsea might fail Financial Fair Play (FFP) unless they sell over 100 million worth of players by June 30.
The breach Chelsea could face is much bigger than Everton's, and it will be considered deliberate. Both Everton and Forest have lost points due to FFP violations.
