Sonia Bompastor emphasizes Chelsea’s improvement and potential in the Women’s Super League, noting that while a strong start is promising, the team remains a work in progress.
After Chelsea’s 7-0 win over Crystal Palace, Bompastor remarked, 'It was a great win, three more points and a good performance - even if in the first half it was a difficult game.'
Bompastor pointed out the developing chemistry between right-side players Johanna Rytting Kaneryd and Lucy Bronze, saying, 'They have a lot of chemistry... they understand the way they want to play together.'
While celebrating Chelsea's early success, Bompastor cautioned, 'We still have room for improvements for sure, in possession and out of possession. We are only at the beginning of the season.'
