BYD's first global pickup truck, the Shark, features a 1.5-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine with two electric motors, producing 435 horsepower and an electric range of 62 miles.
The BYD Shark can tow up to 2.5 tons and competes with Ford Ranger, Toyota Tacoma, Honda Ridgeline, GMC Canyon, Nissan Frontier, and upcoming Jeep Gladiator PHEV in the U.S. market.
