Aquilino argues the significant fines for noise offenses are excessive and unreasonable, especially for drivers of unmodified cars like his $315,000 Lamborghini.
He expresses concern about potential citywide expansions of noise cameras if fines are imposed on legally compliant vehicles, saying it could drive owners to sell their cars.
