Mercedes-Benz Trucks completed its first successful test of 1,000 kW fast charging using the Megawatt Charging System standard for the eActros 600 semi-truck prototype, offering up to 311 miles of range.
The MCS charging option for one megawatt charging will be available later, with the technology being retrofittable for these models, allowing customers to order a pre-installation for it.
