Investigators have arrested an 18-year-old believed to be a key member of the 'Lucky Dip' gang, linked to multiple car thefts and the fatal hit-and-run of Michael Farrelly.
The gang, consisting mainly of teens from Dublin, has been described as disorganized, randomly selecting targets through Google Maps and often driving stolen vehicles at high speeds.
