Despite years of speculation about Tesla's entry into the Indian market, including plans for EV sales and a manufacturing facility, concrete actions to establish a presence in India remain absent.
Lokesh noted that under the leadership of Chandrababu, the state is eager to collaborate with global companies like Tesla to realize its ambitious renewable energy targets and bolster local manufacturing.
