The federal weather agency is warning residents to expect Thursday's rain to continue into Friday, with 10 to 15 millimetres of additional rainfall amounts expected... In some areas, the total amount could near 50 millimetres.
Heavy downpours can cause flash floods and water pooling on roads, with localized flooding in low areas... the city is expected to see strong blasts of wind with gusts of 70 to 80 kilometres an hour.
