Goalkeeper Alyssa Naeher saved three penalties and scored another as the United States beat Canada 5-4 on penalties to win the SheBelieves Cup.
The US have won the annual SheBelieves Cup competition seven times since it began in 2016, including the past five in a row now.
Goalkeeper Naeher denied Jade Rose, Cloe Lacasse, and Evelyne Viens, before Emily Fox scored the winning spot-kick.
The game had ended 2-2 after 90 minutes, with Canada's Adriana Leon and US forward Sophia Smith scoring twice.
