A male body in his 50s was discovered near a busy road junction at Ballymaquirk. Gardaí are asking for witnesses who saw a male on the road between Banteer and Kanturk on June 13, 2025, from 3.30pm to 9pm. They currently suspect no foul play, but it's unclear whether this person is connected to the deceased. Gardaí are appealing for witnesses regarding a male walking on the road between Banteer and Kanturk on the evening of Friday, June 13, 2025.
